Thai Green Chicken Curry - Jamie Oliver Recipe

Hey guys today I played around with one of my favourite Asian food cuisine in Jamie Oliver Style This was my first time cooking a Thai recipe ,and I was pretty satisfied with the outcome. I served it alongside some fresh salad with sweet chili+garlic dressing and some cashew + peanut topping. It was a bit of a challenge to get all the ingredients . Breakfast With Veggies : Creamy Scrambled Eggs With Mushroom & Broccoli

Here I come again with one of my recent favorite weekend breakfast. I love this dish and get really excited every time I make it.  Something about the colour theme I guess (Green an Off white), makes me feel healthy and fresh. Happy Cooking J J !! Spicy Pasta Penne With Cream Spinach Sauce This not so conventional Pasta recipe, can be savored by most for the mix of delicious ingredients. The best thing while preparing this dish was that that I did not had worry about the pasta sauce (red/white) as I could enjoy the spicy tomato pasta and creamy sauce in the same dish.
