This is first in my series of soup recipe that I would like to share with you. It is super yummy and healthy. If you are looking out for different ways to serve broccoli, then this is definitely one of a easy pick.

Soup Ingredients:
  • Broccoli -1 large
  • Lentil- Yellow Moong Dal ( 3 to 5 TBSP )
  • Garlic Cloves – 5


Garnish:
  • Milk
  • Cream (Optional)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter (Optional)

Preparing Soup:
  • Rinse the ingredients and add them to a pressure cooker
  • Add 1 and ½  cups of water
  • Keep it on medium flame to cook for ten mins 
  • Remove lid and blend the until a the soup texture is smooth and creamy. Remove any unwanted lumps. Add hot water if required to reach the required consistency.
  • Now add salt as per your taste
  • Add milk slowly until a soup becomes creamy.  Now add pepper and butter as per taste and you  are good to serve.
