Broccoli and Lentil Soup
This is first in my series of soup recipe that I would like
to share with you. It is super yummy and healthy. If you are looking out for different
ways to serve broccoli, then this is definitely one of a easy pick.

Soup Ingredients:
- Broccoli -1 large
- Lentil- Yellow Moong Dal ( 3 to 5 TBSP )
- Garlic Cloves – 5
Garnish:
- Milk
- Cream (Optional)
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter (Optional)
- Rinse the ingredients and add them to a pressure cooker
- Add 1 and ½ cups of water
- Keep it on medium flame to cook for ten mins
- Remove lid and blend the until a the soup texture is smooth and creamy. Remove any unwanted lumps. Add hot water if required to reach the required consistency.
- Now add salt as per your taste
- Add milk slowly until a soup becomes creamy. Now add pepper and butter as per taste and you are good to serve.
