                                                                        Butter Garlic Prawns 

This is a simple quick recipe for making prawns. Butter garlic prawns can best served as starters when hosting a dinner party. Crunchy, tangy, garlicy.. an utter delight for you taste buds. Let’s get started!!

Ingredient 
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Prawns - 400 grams
  • Salt
  • Crushed Pepper
  • Paprika - 1tbs
  • Garlic - 8to 9 cloves
  • Green Chillies- 2
  • Olive Oil
Preparation:
·         Add cleaned prawns in bowl
·         Add lemon juice, olive oil (1 TBSP), salt, crushed pepper, and paprika as per taste
·         Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest for 1 hr
Cooking Time
·         Add oil to a pan and turn on stove on medium flame (note do not overheat the pan as prawns will get burned from outside)
·         Add prawns and let them cook for 5 to 8 mins. Prawns cook very quickly, so make sure you keep a watch on it
·         2 to 3 mins before you turn of the stove add crushed/finely chopped garlic, green chillies and butter to them.
·         Once the prawns are nice soft and pinkish white, turn of the stove and serve them
